Disney's Boardwalk is based on 1930's Atlantic City, NJ - the original Boardwalk and first Boardwalk in the country. But, did you know - the game Monopoly was based on Atlantic City? Boardwalk, Ventnor is the neighboring town, and the main drags are Atlantic and Pacific.
This week's trivia inspired by WDW Radio - Lou Mongello and his friend, Jim Korkis giving great details about Disney's Boardwalk Resort - one of my favorites!
You know, I never really put much thought into Monopoly, but now that you mention it, it makes perfect sense. Fun trivia!
