I found this outside of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and knew I had to figure out who the Fire Chief is!
Turns out that William "Ray" Colburn was the Fire Chief of the Reedy Creek Emergency Service - the local fire station!
That's interesting. I love how every minute detail at Disney is something special to be discovered!
