The construction of EPCOT was the largest private construction job in U.S. history. The $1 billion project involved 7,500 people. There were 3,000 designers, 4,500 construction workers, that helped move 54 million cubic feet of dirt!

ReplyDeleteLove the Epcot facts, I remember riding the monorail over from the MK to watch the construction. And, that is a lot of dirt!
