Helping clients with dining recommendations is one of my favorite aspects of trip planning. With choosing resorts, while there are plenty of options, it usually only comes down to 2 or 3 possibilities per family. Dining, however, has several per park. Then, there are the options at the resorts and Downtown Disney, soon to be Disney Springs.
How does one choose?
I ask a lot of questions about personal preferences, likes, dislikes, etc...
Do you like standard "American" fare and only want burgers and fries? Easy - walk in anywhere.
But, do you like fancier food and are simply afraid your kids won't have options?
Don't worry - even at the Indian inspired restaurants at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge (those that are family friendly), there will always be something child friendly on the menu!
Here are a few of my quick picks for those looking to avoid pizza and burgers during a quick service meal!
Magic Kingdom:
Columbia Harbor House - healthier options, fish, hummus, chicken nuggets
Epcot:
Sunshine Seasons - literally something for everyone from sushi to salads!
Animal Kingdom:
Flame Tree BBQ - lots of good food: chicken, ribs, pork, sandwiches
Hollywood Studios:
Starring Rolls Cafe - light sandwiches, gigantic cupcakes
